These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph3365 ("we", "us", "the Operator", "ph3365"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph3365.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the ph3365 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register and maintain an account on ph3365, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph3365 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion from ph3365 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not have had a previous ph3365 account closed for violations of these Terms.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the ph3365 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason for their creation and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. ph3365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (e.g., UMID, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Passport) to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must notify ph3365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• ph3365 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
• Account sharing — the use of a single account by more than one individual — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

ph3365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account information is inaccurate, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that the player no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

ph3365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). ph3365 does not charge deposit fees; however, payment processors may apply their own transaction fees which are outside ph3365's control.

All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, consistent with standard anti-money laundering ("AML") practice. ph3365 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a different method if fraud prevention or AML obligations so dictate.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC identity verification has been successfully completed on the account.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on a same-day basis for requests submitted before the applicable daily cut-off time.
• ph3365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds under PAGCOR AML requirements. This may result in processing delays while verification is completed.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative processing fee of up to 10% upon withdrawal at ph3365's discretion, to cover payment gateway costs.
• Funds deposited into a ph3365 account do not earn interest and are held in accordance with PAGCOR's player fund protection requirements.

ph3365 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are limited to one (1) claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if their wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on ph3365 — including live casino tables, slot games, bingo, and lottery products — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game's specific rules shall prevail in relation to game-specific matters.

All game outcomes on ph3365 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for digital games, or by physical dealing/spinning processes for live dealer games, both subject to independent third-party certification. ph3365 does not interfere with game outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, bets placed may be voided and stakes returned at ph3365's discretion, depending on the game type and stage of play at the time of disruption.
• ph3365 reserves the right to void any bet or win that resulted from an obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error or human input mistake.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over ph3365 or other players is strictly prohibited.

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal proceedings:

• Using the ph3365 platform for money laundering or any activity in furtherance of criminal enterprise.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Using third-party payment methods not in the account holder's own name.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any multiplayer game context.
• Using exploits, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ph3365 platform or any of its games for personal gain.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or identity documents.
• Any attempt to access the accounts of other players without their authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ph3365 staff, live dealers, or other players via any platform channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph3365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the ph3365 platform without our express prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of ph3365 intellectual property may result in account closure and civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph3365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ph3365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph3365's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ph3365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.
• ph3365 is not responsible for delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service providers.
• Nothing in this section shall limit ph3365's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph3365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Request by a competent regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, ph3365 may, at its discretion, withhold any or all account balances pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, remaining balances (less any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting ph3365 customer support. Any withdrawable balance will be returned upon account closure after identity verification.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution.

Players who are dissatisfied with ph3365's internal dispute resolution process may lodge a formal complaint with PAGCOR via its official complaints channel. ph3365 is bound by PAGCOR's adjudicative decisions on complaints lodged through this framework.

Subject to the foregoing, any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph3365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, financial obligations, or game fairness standards — ph3365 will provide notice to registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

For non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of player rights), ph3365 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the ph3365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure and return of withdrawable funds.
